Help please ladies

Hi this is my first time on here. Hubby and I have been ttc for two years and unfortunately lost our first little peanut at 6 weeks in March. We went to see a fertility Dr who gave me norethisterone to start to make me have a bleed before he could do tests. Prior to this they did a pregancy test which was negative. Saturday I woke up being sick sore boobs ect so took another .... this was positive I have done not her three all positive and the weeks indicator says 1 -2 weeks. I rang up the early pregancy unit who said to stop taking the tablets and ring my consultant Monday. I have only taken 8 of the persecuted norethisterone am just so worried it's going to have caused something. Has this happened to anyone else ?
