Lhs and lfs hormones

I had a bloodtest done about a year ago any my lhs and lfs blood test came back and the hormones are the wrong way round.. they said about pcos but could my hormone levels change from month to month Dr said about medication to get pregnant.. I just didn't no if they could go up and down or if it will stay like that.. thankyou
