Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone. I am new to this website so please forgive me if this sounds silly. I'm 23 years old and I have already had 3 misscariages in the past 18 months. The first one was a missed misscariage which required a lot of time in hospital. I have been feeling really sick all day for over a week and had a really bad tummy. So I decided to take a pregnancy test to rule it out. It had a faint line but it was visible and this was about 7pm. I did another the very next morning and again this had a faint line more clearer than the previous test but still very faint. Then I did one the next day and the faint line you could hardly even see. I'm confused. Anyone any advice? Thank you for reading x
