Really late but test is negative

Hi im 37 an have pcos an endometrious. Since 19 my periods have been 31-35 days. But im now 14 weeks late ive done 2 test which were negative i did a blood test but was viable. But im feeling sick have sore boobs pains in tummy an back. U may think its the 2 conditions above but i know my body an its not them its something different. I feel lost with no answers from docs yet. I did have a negative test in 2015 but then had a posative but lost it.. Has anyone had the same or have any advice
