pcos problems

hello lady's need a bit of advice

I was dignosed  with psoc when I was13 I am no 23.

I had a misscariage at 8 weeks in march 2014. and feel pregnant again in October 2014. my son was born in June 2015.

split up with sons father before my son was born and  have been with my new parent a year and been trying to fall pregnant, using my ovulation  kits and still not working. 

will I ever fall pregnant again or ia it possible to become unfirtile or is my baby's father the only man who can make me pregnant 

really confused on what to do please help.
