Fertility medication help! Please

hi ladiss I really need some help! 

my doctor has put me on letrozole,  has ant one taken this and if so when did you ovulate,  I've been put on ten days of progesterone and I'm worried that with being on that much progesterone my partner will be away when I ovulate because He's Fifo. 

Is is there any chance I can cut the progesterone tablets slightly shorter But still take them for over five days if that makes sense
