Coming off Mirvala and ovulation

Hi, i am new to this, I'm not sure what's going on with me. I was mirvala for 15 days and had break through bleeding for 10 days, had really bad side effects so Dr told me to stop taking it, i had 2 pills left. Its been 3 weeks ive been off it, have had no bleeding at all a few cramps here and there. I have also had unprotected sex 4 times since stopping it, is there a good chance I could be pregnant? Would love some opinions. Thanks
