PCOS and confused

I have PCOS and was started on Clomid in November 2016, I fell pregnant after only 2 months but sadly in April this year we lost our little boy, we started to try again in August because I was getting regular periods after not having any for years, I was due one 7 weeks ago and didn't show, I took a test and was negative so thought that they had just stopped again, now I'm nausuas on a daily basis with tingling sensations in my breasts (mainly left) took a test still negative!! Any advice? Has anyone been through something similar and been pregnant?
