Bicornate uterus and pcos

hi all! 

ive been diagnosed with a  uterus  and also polycystic ovaries. I'm not ready to have a baby yet, however I'm worried about when the time comes, will I be able to conceive naturally? 

Has anybody else got the same problem ?
