Pregnancy

hi my name is Sophie, I am new to this, been on the implant almost three years due to get it taken out in Thursday. I did a pregnancy test yesterday lunch time the same one as on this photo it was one from Superdrug was positive. Then did one clear blue digital last night was negative, did another test thIs lunch time was negative, (cheap one). so really confused can anyone see a line on here? Like am I not pregnant then if I’ve had 2 negatives after a positive?
