Ovulation after missed period PCOS

i missed a period and came on yesterday. I have pcos and my average cycle is around 38 days but as this was around 74 days I'll class this as a missed one.

what I wanted to ask is, is there anything I can do to ensure I ovulate this cycle? Or try and keep my cycle as regular as possible so I can try and get ovulation going again?
