Ferma resistance/PCOS

Has anyone had success with an extended femara protocol? My RE is trying 7.5 mg for 7 days. I didn't respond to 7.5 MG for 5 days (follicle only 13 and smaller) I have thin PCOS w/o insulin resistance and DH is perfect. Trying to stay positive.
