Confused after mc

please can anybody help me? I had my first period after miscarriage then a week later found out I was pregnant again! Sadly I had another miscarriage but then had my period a week later as I would of anyway! Is this possible a week lateR so soon? Also today I feel crampy and my nipples are sore on and off. This is all affecting me mentally wondered if anyone had any advice and if this had happened to them? Many thanks
