amount of sex and fertility

Hello! I am 27 years old and as I didn´t have much sex in my life (as well as only one boyfriend - in my 20) I am wondering, if I can still get pregnant one day, or just if getting pregnant is dependent upon the fact how much do you have sex. I am planning to  get pregnant around my 32, not earlier, because I have some chronical health issues as well as went through domestic violence and I just want to be a great caring and healthy mum and not to pass the issues on my child... Still need to find a man :-) To add I never took pills and am absolutely avoiding any smoking, alcohol and other drugs, trying to eat healthy (meat and vegetables mostly), gently exercising with a good body structure...
