Need help 😞😞😞

my period was suppose to come tomorrow march 25th on march 22nd i took 3 pregnancy test they came out positive. Today when i woke up i use the bathroom wiped and it was a light pink spots and is a darker red spot i dont know what to think i never had this with my last two pregnancy i always had to wait a week before my missed period to find out if i was pregnan. Please i need someon to help me am i having a miscarriage oh am i pregnant and having implantation symptoms im praying to god everything is ok until i see my obgyn on the 29th😞😞😞
