No period, I think Implantation bleeding, no period but always false negatives

i think had Implantation bleeding around a week before my period was due so we waited until my period was due last Sunday I’m about 6 days late now & no period & lots of pregnancy symtoms like sore breasts, not liking the smell of certain foods, loss of appetite, always tired etc etc! 

so i have taken multiple tests & all coming back no with no hope! No faint lines nothing! I’m really confused on what to do & we just want to find out either Yes or no! We have been to doctor & he said no blood tests are available until late next week in around 14 days time! But ideally we would like too now if I’m pregnant or something is up sooner! 

If someone could assist with some advise that would be great!
