Next step advice after Clomid and IUI

I have been with married to my husband for two years and we’ve never used any type of birth control since getting married , we decided in may to finally see a specialist. I have a problem with ovulation so We did one round of clomid with trigger and it was unsuccessful. The next we did an IUI. I had three healthy follicles and did a trigger and it was still unsuccesful. Does anyone have any advice on what they think I should do next ? My Insurance will only pay for two more IUIs and two IVFs so I’m very hesitant to try another one But also so desperate to have A baby.
