Positive test and implantation bleeding continues

i was hoping someone has had the same experience. I got a positive ovulation test 30th July And started bleeding 10th August. It was light compared to usual but still needed to use a tampon as not contained in panty liner. Went on for 4 days so I thought AF was just early but I took a test this morning when AF due and it’s BFP.it is a clear blue weeks detector and says 1-2 weeks pregnant but I’ve since had some spotting and wondered has anyone else continued to bleed after BFP and had a successful pregnancy. I have a LG and had no implantation bleed with her so very nervous this is an early miscarriage. TYIA xx
