Ovulation problem

ladies I have been on the microgynon tablets for 14 years. Im 36 and I’m getting hot flushes so I visited my doctor who did some blood tests and I have high prolactin and my oestradiol levels are low. He says I’m having premature ovarian failure. Should I stop taking my tablet? Is anyone having this problem because I’m stressed and waiting for a gynaecologist appointment is too long. Will I get pregnant because I’m only spotting after a pill pack but not a full period. Please help
