Need advice!

Hello everyone! I recently tested positive for pregnancy on 9/12/18 on 3 tests! My period is irregular. It came on the 10th of July. Then the next month came the 15th.  This month I figured it'd be the 10th again so I tested on the 12th. Well I had a bowel movement today 9/15 & had a dime sized pinkish spot. I'm wondering if it's just because of straining for the bowel movement or if it could be early signs of something bad. I have had NO cramping. I read you cannot have implantation bleeding after a pregnancy test that it has to be before? I'm worried. We are in the middle of a hurricane so making a Dr appt or going to er is not an option.
