Trying for baby after miscarriage
Hello,
I am new to the group. I just need someone to vent to, as I do not know someone in a similar situation in my personal life.
My man and I have been trying to have a baby for 6 months now. We got pregnant once before a couple of years ago but had a miscarriage. This would be my first baby. I have done anything and everything I can think of without seeing a specialist. We both quit smoking and quit drinking, I started working out normally, eating healthier, taking prenatal, tracking my period and ovulation. It's getting exhausting seeing that negative test month after month. I know it can take up to a year, and I know the only thing to do is to keep trying but it's just hitting me hard today and I feel a bit defeated. Could use some words of encouragement.
Thank you for listening.

Hi, I know how you feel. I had miscarriage at 11+3 weeks in January and didn't get pregnant until August It did eventually happen and I didn't go to any specialists. I can tell you what I've been doing but if any of that really helped I have no idea.
1. I took vitamins: Folic acid for the baby if I get pregnant, L-arginine for womb lining improvement and Q 10 for improving egg quality. I also heard that taking low dose aspirin (75mg a day) can improve blood flow in uterus and helps but didn't test that.
2. I used fertility gel. But stopped using opk's. I think I had positives when I was already after ovulation. Maybe if I used better makes it would make a difference.
3. Trying every day around ovulation & every 2-3 days on other days. Also laying with big pillow under my hips for 1h after to boost our chances but that might be just some kind of voodoo
