Early PMS cramps interfering with chance of implantation?

Hi, first time posting here! I've been TTC for 6 months now. Tracking cycles, temping, OPK's, CM monitoring. My luteal phase seems to be be 10-11 days but progesterone has currently tested normal. Only raised hormone is prolactin?! Anyway, my question is that I start feeling twinges of cramps every cycle at about 7 or 8dpo. I'm concerned that means my uterus is already starting to contract in preparation for AF. Would that mean even if the egg is fertilised, and even though my luteal phase is just about right, the egg still won't have enough time to implant? Do these early cramps stop it from implanting? If so, what hormone is responsible for these early cramps and how can I stop it?!
