Negative pregnancy test result but possible implantation bleeding
i was ovulating on the days I had unprotected. I was expecting my period on the 28th but instead noticed some brown spotting that then turned to pink but would only be there when I wiped there was never enough to fill a pad or tampon. I’ve took two tests and they both say negative but I have sore breasts and i am very dizzy. Do I have to wait longer to see a positive result or is there something else wrong?

Most likely test would already show positive. If you still think it could be implantation bleeding do another test 48h after bleeding. That's how long roughly it takes until hcg is detected in urine. Just make sure you use decent test like first response. Good luck xx
