Severe endometriosis

Im 25 and was diagnosed with servere endometriosis 4 urs ago and have had a test done to see if my fallopian tubes were open to have another baby which they are my Dr said i should be able to have another baby but i havent had any luck this month my flow came 11 days early at a light-normal flow for 4 days after it ended i stated to have light pink spotting when i wipe on and off now for 2 almost 3 weeks has anyone else experienced this i have had my flow come a few days late but never early let alone 11 days early
