Had a misscaridge and don't know if I'm pregnant now or not

Hi there I really need some help as I had a misscaridge lasted week and I was wondering how long to get pregnant again I've stop bleeding and me and partner have been trying so someone said try using a stringe so we have and I was wondering of its possible if I will be pregnant as I don't even know my cyles but I baught some Ovulation test and 2 lines came up so that's when I did the stringe?

Please help guys?
