Pcos

Hello everyone I'm new here I have diagnosed pcos after my miscarriage in April 2018 then after scan and blood tests in August confirmed pcos they put me on metformin although with pcos I have regular cycle and regular ovulation as doctor did repeat blood test and my progestrone day 21 confirmed ov  and testosterone are fully in normal range ,I have 28 29 day cycle I had very first time in my life tiny spotting day 16 and feeling bloating.do you think it s implantation bleed or ovulation. Thanks
