Does anyone temp? I need some advice please

Hi,

i have pcos and am waiting for my fertility referral to come through in the meantime my doctor has told us to temp ..I have missed a few days 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I have a chart that says I apparently ovulated on 30th Jan, I have attached a picture of my chart can anyone tell me if it looks normal/promising? I’m all Google’d out and can’t find any charts that look like mine 🙈.
