Ttc with irregular period

hi all. so I post quite a lot on here and we are now 15 months ttc. My period seems to range from 24 day cycle to 32 days which doctor wasn’t worried about. I’m not worried either but just wondering if any has had any luck ttc when periods are always regular? It’s frustrating because months we think have bd at right time it then turns out wasn’t. Don’t know if for next few months literally need to do every 2 days regardless of where in cycle. It just totally takes the fun out of it though!!x
