Does this pelvic U/S look normal?
Hi everyone... been TTC for well over a year. The end of this month will mark a year since my last miscarriage with no conceptions since. Last month I had a private pelvic ultrasound to see what was going on and it confirmed what I already knew.. PCOS 
However, I can’t stop looking at this image of my uterus (LH side view) does this look normal? All my friends are swearing
it looks like a baby and it’s driving me insane as I’ve skipped a period. I know in my heart of hearts that it’s NOT a baby but compared to other pelvic ultrasounds I’ve looked at it just looks strange!! Any opinions or does anyone know of this looks normal? TIA xxx
