High prolactin levels

Hello,
I am 35 and we have been TTC for 9 months. I had a chemical in January this year so I recently had a blood test done to check I was ovulating and if there was anything not normal to show. It showed possible under active thyroid and also high prolactin levels. I hadn’t heard of that before! Has anyone had similar and gone on to have success??
