Low Amh level and trying to conceive

Hi, I had a miscarriage in May last year. Since October I've been trying to get pregnant, using ovulation tests. I've been referred for tests. Found out my Amh level is only 12 (I'm 34). Has anyone else had a low level and still conceived? Is there any treatment you had that helped? My Fsh levels are normal. Thanks xx
