Ovulation

I have recently been told that I have below 1 progesterone and not ovulating. My periods have stopped for 2 months now. Just stared with ovulation tests to try and track if I am ovulating this month. Can anyone help with if any are positive? Also if anyone has been through a similar situation any advise would be great
