Anti kell

Is anyone currently pregnant with a anti kell test? I don’t know much about this and am scared to death of what is to come? Has anyone had this and had a healthy baby? Is there anything I can do to help this condition? I just found out yesterday and was referred to a specialist but haven’t gotten an appointment yet. I’m very worried and would appreciate any comments on this issue. I’m currently 14 weeks 2 days pregnant
