Implannon..

Hi there I was wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat or can give me some advice I have been in the implannon rod for three years now in was meant to get it removed around the 19th of September this month  but only I have been so stressed lately and forgot my appointment should I be worried and have sexual intercourse lately...  thanks any advice be grateful:)!
