TTC with Gonal-F - now have light pink discharge

Hello, I am currently TTC and i have been taking Gonal F, I had the trigger shot on day 25 (10/12/19) so i guess i ovulated around day 28 (13/12/19). It has now been around 9 days since i ovulated and this morning i thought i had start my period but the blood was an unusual colour it was bright pink, it then stopped for a few hours and this evening i have been getting a light pink watery/slimy discharge and cramping. 
Has anyone else experienced this of have any idea's what it might be e.g. am i starting my period or does it sound like implementation?
