Suffering chronic pain and doctors don't have a clue

So... I was told 2013 I had PCOS I’ve had so many problems bleeding for nearly 2 years nonstop then no period for a year! I’ve seen 5 different gynaecologist and was checked for ovarian cancer. Last year I was told I no longer had PCOS and the symptoms I’ve had for several years now clots, miscarriages, server pain they basically hit a brick wall and don’t know how to help me get pregnant which they prescribed metiformin Which didn’t work! So the point I’m trying to get at is has anyone requested an hysterectomy? I just don’t know how much longer I can live with the pain I have and there’s no one to help me because they can’t even tell me what’s happening. They have no clue :(  I’ve mentioned it a few times to my Gp but basically get laughed at as I’m only 26 though I was 18 when I first asked. I don’t have anyone to talk to about this so any advice would be much appreciated. Apologies if this doesn’t make any sense. Thanks x
