HSG, missed peroid and negative HPT

Hi all... I have regular 28days cycle. I had taken HSG test in month of Feb and the result was blocked right FT and patent Left FT and now m late for 6 days in month of March. HPT also negative. Has anyone had the same?? Anyone have anything to share upon it??
