Metformin

Hello just wondering if anyone can share there experiences I have been ttc for over a year with no luck got diagnosed with PCOS and got put in Metformin 3 weeks ago and have just started my period I think this is a good sign also got a positive ovulation test a couple weeks ago which was amazing but just not feeling hopeful 😞 as obviously have come on my period now can anyone give me hope ?
