Having Troubles Conceiving

I am 34 years old. I have 2 children already which are 13 and 14, and my husband has 5. I was on depo for 10 years. I stopped it in 2015, and than got back on it in 2017. I wasnt on it for long in 2017. I have been off of it it since, and still nothing. 2 months ago, I had missed my period for 48 days, and thought I was. I get my period like clockwork, every 3 weeks. Well, I ended up getting my period. Still negative tests to this day. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I don't know if I can even conceive. My husband did take a home sperm test, and his levels we're good enough for any woman to conceive. Maybe its me 😔 Any advice? What are some things i can do? I do keep track of my ovulation, and i try to have sex while ovulating. I take prenatals too. I also have tried fertility lube. Please help?
