Faint Positive now bleeding

So just looking for a bit of advice, was 11 days late for my period, was trying to hold on taken any more tests so I wasn’t driving myself crazy after taken a few different ones, some with faint positive some with nothing. Well woke up bleeding, heavy enough to need a pad but not as heavy as usual would come straight away... taken a first response test when home from work and the same result... another faint line yet still bleeding ☹️ Just don’t know what to think anymore
