Ovulation & periods

I'm newly  stepping into the world of TTC. I have lost my period over the last few months due to hormonal changes and they are yet to come back, however, I got an ovulation test and tested when I think it should be negative (it was) and then tested when my fertility window should be(it was positive) so it seems I am ovulating now? So does this mean I am able to conceive?

I want to ask why I am not bleedng much. I need to get period it and there is very little blood. I am terrified, I don't want it to turn out that I am pregnant and I have a miscarriage. how do i know what is happening to my body
