    it comes in tablet form, i got mine from holland and barette, cant remember how many i took but followed the instruction on the back, you take it for 14 days from first day of af and then stop, using opks or CBFM you then monitor when ov happens and bd like mad, it helps to bring on ov and shorten very long cycles. xxxx
