Talkback: School bans party invites in the classroom – and parents aren't happy

Replies

  • My sons primary school has a nice way of handing out invitations. They allow the parent to pop in for 5 min at the beginning of the day and distribute the invitations discreetly into each invited child's bookbag. Sometimes the teachers prefer to this themselves. It works well as the children don't normally discover the invite until they get home and is not so upsetting for the children that didn't get one.
