Great ideas..we set up a secret Santa Cam last year and got some footage of Santa delivering our presents! It was magical and the kids were amazed that Santa wore the same boots as daddy!! hehe

Christmas eve coming home from nanny the kids were always super excited (OK seatbelts were the only thing holding them still). We would look for Rudolph. The planes flying above watch for one red light that's how we know how close he was.
