Cbfm stuck on yesterday! Help

Title says it all really, it's brand new, my first cycle had 5 highs in a row, this morning it turned on was on yesterday then died, changed the batteries and now it's back on but still on yesterday! Anyone else had this? Not having a good week!

the instructions don't mention anything about it, i can't even find anything on the web about it, i'm going to keep trying it, maybe the batteries dying scrambled its brain, I'll try reseting it if its not fixed tomorrow. On the plus side amazon have refunded my money for it and the test sticks. Just annoying!
