info on stopping the pill????

hi, just wondering, do you have to wait until the end of your pack before stopping the pill?? what are the benefits in doing so??

    you dont but it may mess up your cycles more than getting to the end, however stopping the pill can alter your cycles anyway

    you are advised to wait for 1 pill free AF before TTC purely for dating perposes

    hiya, you dont have to wait until the end of the pack, but its easier in the long run if you do, that way you can roughly guess when your AF will be due snd when you should be OV. image xxx
