to have period pain after coming off the pill? I came off the pill three weeks ago and ev er since I have had period type pains/ovulation pains maybe? I'm overdue a smear test and am worried it may be this instead? JO xx

    hi, i came of the pill end of january and was getting low abdo pains every now then at varying intensity right up unto my AF last week.
    So try not to worry. But it never does any harm to have a smear. I need to get mine done before i start ttc again as you cant have them whilst pregnant or upto 6 months after.
