Just how painful are ..

Just how painful are ovulation pains. For the past 2 days (fri/Sat) I have had a positive on my OPK and we have BD both days and will do again today and monday. BUT starting yesterday (Sat) afternoon I got a really shap pain in approx the position of my left ovary. I know people on here say they have them but i never have noticed before and this was really painful into the evening on and off and I can still feel it slightly today (sun)
