purees and cow's milk

Hi, quick question. DS is nearly 6 months old and have just purees his first homemade batch of purees. I forgot to save the steaming water, and to loosen everything up, i used a bit of cow's milk. Is this ok?

    Yes, you can use cows milk in food from 6 months but not as main milk feed until ater 12 months

    Hi, yeah thats fine, i actually spoke to HV today about this and she said that same as pumbacat, can use in foods but not as their main milk xx
