SMEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow is CD8 and first day of TTC on SMEP. If I follow the plan we start BD'ing every other night from tomorrow. I am not sure what to do as I had first AF since MC and it only finished yesterday, today is the first day with nothing, tiny bit of spotting. Not sure if I should go for it and start tomorrow or leave it until Monday, just to make sure everything is ok and back to normal?
What do you think. I am doing CB OV tests anyway so I will know if I am Ovulating, I think I may leave it until Monday if the tests are still negative, then I know I am not missing a trick? What do you think......
